Return & Exchange Policy

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are exempt from being returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

  • Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions for returning the item.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to product quality, the return shipping costs will be borne by you.

4. Refund/Exchange:

  • Refunds will include the original shipping cost if the return is due to a faulty or damaged item. However, the shipping cost will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
